Expeience
I’ve had the chance to work with well-known brands like Samsung, Scania and Brother, as well as smaller startups and growing businesses, which has given me a good sense of how different brands think, move and communicate.
Over the years, I’ve worked across a range of setups, from small, fast-paced teams where you’re involved in almost everything, to larger product and development teams with more structured processes. I’ve also worked as a freelancer, which taught me how to be organised, adaptable and comfortable making decisions independently.
I’ve had the opportunity to manage and support junior designers along the way, helping guide their work while keeping projects on track.
Because of this, I’ve taken on different roles across design, digital and content depending on the project, from shaping early ideas and concepts to refining the final details. I’m used to moving between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution, always aiming to keep things clear, consistent and well-crafted.
About me
I’m Andrea Molina
Based in London, originally from Madrid. I’m a Senior Digital Designer focused on web and UI, with a soft spot for clean structure, strong visuals, and the small details that quietly make things work.
I started in advertising in Madrid, later specialising in digital marketing for fashion and luxury brands. I began my career as a copywriter before naturally moving into design, which still shapes the way I think about content and communication.
I’ve always been drawn to anything creative, from analogue photography and music to cinema, books and the occasional sketch. I like collecting visual references, noticing small details, and turning those into ideas.
I take my work seriously, but not myself too much. I enjoy the process, the problem-solving, and the constant learning that comes with it, while still making space for things outside the screen, because the best colours don’t live in RGB, they’re in real sunsets.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with a good coffee, back home by the sea walking my dogs, or somewhere in a crowd at a live music gig.

I work mainly in digital, with a strong focus on web and UI. Over time, I’ve developed a good sense of how design influences the way people experience and connect with brands, not just visually, but in how things feel and function.
My work ranges from e-commerce and BAU to more conceptual projects, always aiming to keep things clear, thoughtful and visually strong. I care about structure, consistency and the small details that make a difference.
Alongside digital, I’ve also worked across print and campaign projects, creating visual concepts and layouts for everything from brand materials to social content.

I write content for different audiences, always adapting tone and message depending on the context. For me, it’s not just about words, it’s about giving personality to a brand and making things feel clear, engaging and consistent.
I’ve worked across a range of formats, from campaigns and websites to emails, social content and e-commerce, always keeping the user and the bigger picture in mind.

I work closely with stakeholders across teams, helping align ideas and keep projects moving in the right direction. I’m comfortable managing multiple projects at once, setting priorities and making decisions when needed.
I also take ownership of design quality and brand consistency, always looking for ways to refine and improve the work.

I’ve worked closely with marketing and social teams, contributing to content ideas and helping shape campaigns across different channels. From social and email to digital campaigns, I focus on creating content that feels relevant, engaging and on-brand.
I often support the creative side, researching trends, building moodboards and coming up with ideas to improve engagement. I’ve also been involved in photoshoots, influencer campaigns and producing visual content for online platforms.
