About me
I’m Andrea Molina
Originally from Madrid and now based in London, I’m a Senior Digital Designer with a background that’s taken a few interesting turns along the way.
I studied Advertising and Public Relations in Madrid and started my career as a copywriter before finding my way into design. Somewhere between content, marketing, and creative work, I realised I was just as interested in how things looked as I was in what they were trying to say. That mix still shapes the way I work today.
After specialising in digital marketing for fashion and luxury brands, I moved to London, where I’ve spent the last six years at Cheil UK designing digital experiences for global brands, including Samsung. Over the years, I’ve worked across websites, campaigns, content, UX, and brand communications, which has given me a broader perspective than design alone.
I enjoy making complex things feel simple, bringing structure to messy ideas, and paying attention to the details that most people never consciously notice but would definitely miss if they weren't there. I've worked with global brands, startups, and everything in between, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting junior designers, and learning when to zoom out and when to obsess over the pixels.
Outside of work, I'm usually at a gig, wandering around an exhibition, taking photos, collecting visual references, or back home by the sea walking my dogs. I have an unhealthy number of screenshots saved for "future inspiration" and a habit of buying books faster than I can read them.
I take my work seriously, but not myself too seriously. I'm curious by nature, always looking for new things to learn, and convinced that some of the best creative ideas happen when you're not sitting at your desk trying to force them. After all, the best colours rarely live in RGB, they're usually found in real sunsets.

As a Senior Digital Designer, I work across websites, digital products, and brand experiences, helping bridge the gap between business objectives, user needs, and creative execution. My experience has taught me that successful design goes beyond aesthetics; it's about creating experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with a brand's purpose.
Over the years, I've collaborated closely with stakeholders, marketers, developers, and content teams, giving me a holistic view of how design, communication, and user experience work together to create meaningful outcomes.

With a background in advertising and creative communications, I've spent years helping brands tell their stories across different channels and touchpoints. I enjoy finding the right tone, message, and angle for each audience, while making sure everything feels authentic and consistent.
For me, good copy isn't just about writing; it's about creating a connection, building trust, and giving a brand a voice people can relate to.
I've worked across campaigns, websites, emails, social media, and e-commerce, always balancing business objectives with the needs of the audience.

I enjoy working with people across different teams, helping turn ideas into something tangible and keeping projects on track. I'm used to managing multiple priorities, adapting when things change, and finding practical solutions along the way.
I care about the quality of the work and the details that make a difference, always looking for ways to make things clearer, stronger, and more consistent

Alongside my design background, I completed a Master's degree in Marketing and Luxury Fashion Brands, which gave me a strong understanding of brand strategy and consumer behaviour.
At hi Inc., although my role sat within the design team, I worked closely with marketing and social teams, contributing to content planning, campaign development, and brand communications across multiple channels. From social media and email marketing to digital campaigns, I focused on creating content and experiences that felt engaging, relevant, and aligned with the brand.
I also supported the creative side of campaigns through trend research, moodboarding, photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and content creation for digital platforms.
